How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply click on the 'Sign Up' button on our homepage and fill in the required information. Once you've submitted the form, you'll receive a confirmation email. Click the link in this email to verify your account, and you'll be all set!

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. Click on this link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

Where can I download the mobile app?

Alfie doesn’t have a mobile app in the App Store or Google Play. Instead, it’s built to run smoothly in any mobile browser so guests and hosts get an app like experience without needing to download anything. Everything loads fast, works on every device, and feels just as simple as using a native app.

Because it lives in the browser, Alfie is always up to date. There’s nothing to install or maintain and no storage taken on a phone. You can add it to your home screen if you want quick access and it will open full screen just like an app. This keeps the experience lightweight, reliable, and available to anyone with a link.
