Our story

What started as a smarter digital guide has grown into a complete assistant that learns from each property, adapts to each host, and gives every guest a smooth stay. Alfie helps reduce repetitive work, clears up confusion before it happens, and gives hosts more time to focus on the parts of hosting they enjoy.

Alfie Host

Alfie Host gives short term rental hosts a living guest guide and an AI co host that answers questions instantly. Hosts load in what they know, Alfie learns from new questions, and the guide improves over time. The result is fewer messages and a better guest experience.

Alfie Hotel

Alfie Hotel brings the same idea to hotels and serviced accommodation. It helps front desk and concierge teams respond faster, gives guests clear answers around the clock, and makes property information consistent across staff and shifts.

Both products run in the browser and require no installation. They are easy to set up, work on any device, and are designed to feel simple from the first day.
